Venzee is the leading artificial intelligence platform for the transfer of product data between brands and retailers.

E-commerce is constrained by the dependence on manual processes to communicate the endless and variable product information needed to engage a consumer and sell a product. We have taken it upon ourselves to solve this problem with our simple, A.I. based solution for brands and retailers.

Venzee’s core product is a unique, A.I. driven Mesh Connector™ that allows brands to automate and accelerate the delivery of product data to an unlimited number of retail channels. For retailers, eliminate the inefficiencies of collecting product data from suppliers.

Meet the Venzee Team

John Abrams, Chief Executive Officer

John is a digital supply chain veteran, bringing more than two decades of experience building high-volume, consumer-relevant digital supply chains in regulated and globally distributed industries.

His work with brands including the McDonald’s Corporation and Cardinal Health has helped reduce cost, improve processes, and transform the customer experience on a global scale.

Peter Montross, Chief Operating Officer

Peter brings more than 20 years of experience in the retail industry, delivering strong revenue performance and growth. He has extensive sales experience and success with software-as-a-service content exchange solutions, business intelligence products and product information management software products and services. His experience in the Product Information Distribution space (PIDS) includes leadership positions at two companies which were later acquired.

Darren Battersby, Chief Financial Officer

Darren has held the CFO role at a number of other public companies over his career since obtaining his CPA-CA designation from the Institute of British Columbia in 1997, of which he is still a member in good standing. Darren contracts his services through his Vernon, BC based practise, Finance Matters Consulting Inc.

He is also currently the Chief Financial Officer at Network Media Group (NTE.V) and ProSmartEnterprises (PROS.V) and has previously held the CFO position at Rainmaker Entertainment (RNK.TO) and OneMove Technologies Inc. (OM.V).

Marco Sylvestre, Co-Founder and VP Product Development

Marco brings a solid technical perspective on business to Venzee, thanks to his 20+ years of experience developing software. With over 7 years in leadership positions at various startups, no challenge is too big for him when it comes to executing on a business's vision.

Driven by curiosity, he's always on top of emerging technologies. In the last 2 decades, he has worked for CAE, Ubisoft and as Agile coaching of Fortune-500 companies.

Nick Wong, Director of Customer of Customer Delivery & Engagement

Nick is a senior leader with extensive skills augmented by a limitless drive to meet and exceed clients’ expectations. By defining business needs and implementing both standard and custom master data management processes, Nick helps businesses grow through integrating technology.

Nick is continually striving for internal process improvements and quality control by quickly understanding new concepts to execute strategic change, while simultaneously managing multiple programs and projects. Nick facilitates the development of organizational proprietary data standards using novel approaches.
